Enjoying the promises and spending a week with
kids and grandkids in San Diego. We’ve been doing this for so many years it’s
become a family tradition.
For this visit we have two condos in Imperial Beach with
nothing but sand between us and the waves. At night we see the lights of San
Diego to our North The temperature runs around 75 degrees.
A recovery friend told me how lucky I am to be able to take
the family on a vacation like this. And, while I feel like a lucky person I told
him that once we’re sober a while we can do anything we want.
We can go on vacations, start businesses, go to school, enter
into relationships. Our potential is limited only by our imagination and
energy.
